This service is for everyone. So you can disconnect and still know emergencies will be handled and your tenants get to speak to a real person.
How does it work?
We talk to the occupant briefly about the issue to determine if the call is about an Emergency, Urgent, General or Message

Emergency issues are issues that will cause damage to person or property presently or if not dealt with as soon as possible.
Examples include loss of heat in the home when outside temperatures are below freezing, floods, major leaks and home sewage blockages. Urgent issues need to be dealt with quickly but neither the home nor the tenant will not suffer harm for a short time. They may be very inconvenienced so it needs to be soon but we do not need to send a technician out in the middle of the night or incur overtime costs to attend it quickly. Next available appointment is usually acceptable. Examples include small leaks, fridge failure, washer or dryer failure, and no hot water. General issues are pretty well everything else. We can notify you or your preferred contractor and you can follow up with it later. |
