Urgent issues need to be dealt with quickly but neither the home nor the tenant will not suffer harm for a short time.
They may be very inconvenienced so the issue needs to be addressed soon but we do not need to send a technician out in the middle of the night or incur overtime costs. Next available appointment is usually acceptable. Examples include small leaks, fridge failure, washer or dryer failure, and no hot water. |
